I took my first ever Pole Fitness lesson at Claire’s Pole Fitness in January 2014 as my new year resolution to get fit in a fun way…And what fun it has been ever since. Claire is friendly, extremely talented, professional and motivating giving you the extra push you need sometimes to brave a new move. I started Aerial Hoop with CPF’s classes in August 2014 and it was just as much fun! All of CPF’s classes have an amazing atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive – a really great vibe that actually makes you excited to exercise (never thought i’d say those words!)

I suffer from social anxiety but i push myself to try Pole Fitness and am so happy I did. Claire is an amazing teacher and made me feel so welcome. She makes classes so much fun. By the end of it you have done a full body workout without realising it. By the time I had finished by first course I felt like I was a part of an amazing pole family. Now 6 years down the line I still can’t recommend Claire enough.
When I started with CPF I was really nervous as I didn’t know anyone there and I had never done anything like this before. I was overwhelmed with all the support that Claire gave me, and her staff who would always be cheering me on when I was doing a move. I have loved every minute of doing hoop with CPF and will continue to.
If you are looking to give this a try then it will be the best decision of the year that you have made.
